Sunday Runday
Today I logged seven miles (73:35). I told the boys it's the greatest distance I have ever ran. They seemed impressed. Oscar wants to run seven miles now.

Completed my four mile run this morning (35:38), felt very tired. Got to do seven tomorrow!

Elementary School
Spent the morning in Oscar's first grade class. I think he was really proud to have me there and to show me his recess soccer skills! Went for a four mile run after lunch (35:57).

Health Update
Half way through my 100 pushups routine and just started my nine week half marathon training. Yesterday completed four miles in 38 minutes.

Children's Film Festival
Had a wonderful morning eating pancakes and bacon, sipping coffee, and listening to bluegrass music at the Children's Film Festival breakfast. Oscar and Maxwell joined the band, playing percussion, and seem to be budding musicians! We then walked over to NWFF and enjoyed a few of the short films submitted to the festival. Later in the evening Jason, Jess and Lily came over for dinner. The kiddos jammed while the adults ate cannoli.
